I have seen the 1" tape hold up the most blessed women. I personally can get by with the 1/2" tape and it does not leave a red allergic reaction mark, stays PUT all night and does not hurt to take off. Best of all....it holds the girls in place for just about any activity you can think of. Summer is upon us and this is a great tool to keep in your bag, just in case.
