The 2009 Calendar of Love was created in an effort to raise $40,000 and public awareness for The Women's Crisis & Family Outreach Center. The 32-page black and white calendar features over 100 local children for an artistic rendition of the ~emotional lives of children~ 100% of the calendar sales directly benefiting the crisis center. The calendar was featured on Channel 7 Saturday morning news with Melissa Loid Lazar appearing in person to discuss the 2009 Calendar of Love.

Melissa was ~Nominated and Chosen~ as one of ten ~Most Influential Women~ to watch in 2009. The Whole Part Photography specializes in capturing the ~emotions~ of my subjects, using a digital medium. Some of my favorite and most creative work includes modeling head shots, Vintage Pin Up Girls, maternity, infant, newborn, kids, children, family, high-school senior photography. My sessions are available, on location in Douglas County, Colorado in selected studios or in your home.
